My Expertise

A bit of background on my skills and expertise

I am a Scrum Certified Product Owner (CSPO) and maximize product value for my clients. As a Product Owner, I define the vision for the product, bring value to the product, and get feedback on product features and how to maximize efficiency of scrum teams. To ensure incremental value per sprint, I facilitate meetings to gather and get feedback on product features, communicate these features with the scrum team, and negotiate across clients, stakeholders and scrum teams to determine what feature will provide the most value based on vision, minimal viable product, revenue, etc.

I am a project manager who creates effective project plans, outlines resourcing needs, calculates the cost of the project and communicates successes and failures to upper management.

I earned my Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Texas A & M University. The knowledge gained by my degree has been fundamental in helping clients while working as a programer and it now helps me to empathize with my team and propel them forward.

My Journey

The future starts today, not tomorrow.
