I partner with stakeholders to optimize customer experience, drive business value for the product, and help to ensure overall client success and satisfaction. I lead my scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of creative, high value-add solutions. As part of my daily tasks I prioritize the backlog based on vision, value, revenue, minimal viable product, etc. When there are conflicts between what is highest priority, I facilitate meetings that help to negotiate between client need and stakeholder needs to come up with the priority. Communication is key as a product owner and I ensure that the scrum team, stakeholders and clients are all aligned on requirements and delivery plan.
